Hello,
It's time to update again. Not much news. We had a huge scout group come and I wanted to pull my hair out. If I ever have a boy, he will not be like these boys! After that thankfully I had a few days of a break which I spent in Provo/SLC. My Stevie and I headed to provo to hang out with her friend. We hiked the "Y", hit 3 malls, movie, Temple Square, more shopping, and zero sleep. The reason I went up was to tour UVSC. I'm just trying to give myself options. I don't think it's the option for me, but it's not totally out yet. Thankfully I don't feel stressed about my future, I just feel that it will work out. But the trip was good, it was good to get out of the bubble.
I got back on Sunday and had to speak at a Single Adult Fireside, I was expecting quite the group, but it ended up being about 20 people....it was kind-of lame. But my cute family drove all the way over just to hear me speak for 5 minutes. I guess that's what families are for. After, they came to the resort and had dinner and then I took them on a tour. It was fun to have them see where I work.
The only other highlight was the horrible sunburn I got....yes mom this is my big burn for the summer. I was doing so well, and then I fell asleep. I have my aloe with me at all times, I'm wearing as little as possible, and I'm still in pain. I guess I'll have a good tan, but currently I'm dying!!!
Hope everyone is having a good summer! Happy July!!!
Love Stace
